Cedar Lodge is a great base for a family holiday, situated on the Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire. The timber lodge is detached and situated over one level, with a double bedroom, a twin room and a shower room. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with patio doors opening onto a decked veranda with furniture and a hot tub. There is off road parking for two cars and on-site facilities are available, including an indoor swimming pool, golf and watersports on the lakes, an entertainment pass will need to be purchased. The area is also perfect for exploring the delights of Lincolnshire, making Cedar Lodge a fantastic base for a fun-filled getaway.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked veranda with hot tub and furniture. Extensive, communal grounds with lakes. On-site facilities include water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing, indoor heated swimming pool, gym and spa. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Swimming pool and spa area use subject to purchasing the entertainment pass, plus an activity pass can be purchased for many on-site activities, and watersports, fishing and golf incur a charge payable outside of any passes. Note: All on-site facilities, including the shop and bar/restaurant are seasonal and require the purchase of an entertainment pass; please contact Tattershall Lakes direct for more information, dates and prices. Nearest shop and pub during seasonal closure is in Tattershall, 15 mins walk. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children to be supervised. Note: RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
