Sycamore Lodge is a detached lodge situated four miles from Rhayader in Mid Wales. The lodge sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a superb hot tub overlooking the surrounding fields. Perfect for a family break any time of year, Sycamore Lodge will live long in the memory.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, further roadside parking available. Lockable bike storage. Front lawned garden with decking, furniture and hot tub. Side patio with bird feeders. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There are two steps up to front door, but there is ramped access to side door. Note: Water is UV filtered from a spring, which is tested annually.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
