The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, kettle and a toaster, a dining area with seating for two guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove and a king-size bed, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, decking, hot tub, furniture, and a fire pit, as well as off-road parking for two cars. within 3.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 3.2 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rose is a lovely dwelling for a romantic getaway to Mid Wales. Note: Charging of electric cars not allowed at the property

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
