Little Mill is a detached cottage, situated on the land surrounding the owner's working farm, in the small village of Manafon near Llanfair Caereinion. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area, as well as a ground floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a side garden with large summerhouse, hot tub, lawned area and furniture. Little Mill is the perfect retreat for a countryside holiday in a splendid location.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Side gravelled garden with lawned area, hot tub, summerhouse and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a stream at the front of the property, children to be supervised. Note: There is an unmade track that leads to the property. Note: During summer months the owner allows touring caravans (max 4) to use the fields surrounding the property. Please note: hot tub will be up to temperature by late evening on the day of arrival as it is changed after each stay.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
