Ty Llwyd is a three floored barn conversion situated near the Pembrokeshire village of Nevern. The cottage has five bedrooms comprising of a super king zip/link with an en-suite, a king size with en en-suite, a family room with a double, a single and an en-suite, a double and a twin zip/link, there is also a family bathroom, a shower and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and another sitting room. To the outside there is a shared utility, a children's play area and a veranda with a hot tub. Ty Llwyd is the perfect cottage for family and friends to come and have a break in the Welsh countryside.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, 2 x washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, cot, highchair and stairgate on request. (Customer will be required to being their own mattress and linen for Cot) Ample off road parking for 8 cars. Courtyard with undercover, outdoor hot tub, children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 3.5 miles, shop 1 miles. Note: Pampering packages available on request with the owner. Please note as the hot tub is emptied and refilled between each guest the owner cannot guarantee that the temperature will be up to the recommended 37 degrees upon arrival. Please be aware that prices have been reduced until the end of April 2021 in line with the government restrictions and smaller parties, not all the property will be available to you

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
