Sunnybanks is a beautiful detached cottage that can be found resting within the village of St. Ishmaels near Marloes, Wales. This property can sleep a total of eight guests in four bedrooms, 1 x Superking zip-link bed which can be twin beds on request, 1 x King bed with ensuite basin and W.C., 1 x double, and a further 1 x ground-floor double with sofa. There is however also a trundle bed available on request. The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor boasts a bathroom. There is a kitchen/dining room and a utility room on the ground floor and the interior is finished with a separate dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, as well as an enclosed back garden with outdoor seating and a hot tub. Off-road parking is available for four cars. Sunnybanks is a fabulous base for a family holiday to Wales.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
