The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with an AGA, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine, a utility with washer/dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV with Sky, DVD player, and woodburning stove, and a snug/study. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, a twin with trundle, and a bunk, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, and a second-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, rear, multi-level garden with patio, lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Two highchairs and two travel cots available (bedding not provided). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Nevern in 0.4 miles. Maesgwyn is a wonderful base for a Pembrokeshire escape. Note: There are steps to the interior and exterior. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
