The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a TV and electric fire. The bedrooms are set on the ground-floor and consist of a double and a twin, both with TVs and storage, followed by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub and multi-level decking, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 1.9 miles you will find a pub, and within 3.3 miles you will find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Crofty Retreat is an idyllic setting for a group staycation to Pembrokeshire. Note: There are steps up to the hot tub. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
