The Beach House Trearddur Bay is a ground floor detached cottage situated on the outskirts of Trearddur Bay, on the Isle of Anglesey. This cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms, consisting of one four poster king-size double with en-suite shower, a double, a twin, and a family room with an adult quad pod bunk, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with a breakfast island and dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner, and a sun room. Outside, there is off road parking for six cars, a front decked terrace with a lawned area, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, hot tub, playground, chiminea, and a barbecue. The Beach House is a great base for families with lots to do within easy reach.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, DVD, Xbox 360, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Equipment storage in garage. Front decked terrace with lawned area, plus enclosed lawned garden with furniture, 5-seat hot tub, wooden playground, chiminea and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. The property is located in a quiet residential area, so please note that usage of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
