Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, hot tub (additional charge of 125GBP payable directly to the owner), furniture, pizza oven, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles. Note: The single bunk is accessed via a steep ladder. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, however there is a handrail. Choose Trem Ynys for a memorable escape.

Note: The owners respectfully request that as the property is in a quiet residential area, the hot tub and garden is not to be used after 10.00pm so as not to disturb other residents. Note: This house ONLY allows Friday arrivals, or Mondays' for short stays. Note: This property can accept a maximum of 6 people. Note: There is an option of another king size room to replace the bunk room if better for the configuration of the party just speak to owner ahead of arrival.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
