The living areas in the semi-detached cottage consist of a kitchen/diner hosting a gas range with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, a utility with a washing machine, a living/dining room with seating for six, a TV, woodburning stove, and a mezzanine study. The bedrooms consist of a double, a bunk and a family room offering a king-size, single and an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front raised decked area with a hot tub, and allocated parking. Within 1.1 miles, you'll find a shop, within 1.6, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. Please be aware that this holiday let does not welcome smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Choose The Farm House for a stay on the Llyn Peninsula to remember. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
