Bryn Derwen Lodge is a luxury lodge, surrounded by woodland, on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park. The lodge has three bedrooms, all doubles with TVs, sleeping six guests. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with a woodburning stove. outside is off-road parking for four cars, as well as a large back garden with decking and furniture, a sheltered patio area with furniture and a patio area with a private hot tub. Bryn Derwen Lodge is a wonderful woodland retreat in North Wales.

Biomass heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. 4 x TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Rear garden with decking and furniture, covered patio with seating and BBQ, patio fire pit and with private hot tub. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.1 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property, a car is highly recommended. Note: There is small drop at the front of the property off the veranda, children and pets to be supervised. There is a shared park with a swing, 50m zipwire, balance bar, stepping stones and TP climbing frame. Please note: This property can't accept a check in on a Sunday

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
