The Colonnade in Trefnant in Denbighshire sleeps 11 people in five bedrooms which include one king-size with ensuite, double with ensuite, a family room with three singles, another family room with one double and one single bed, the fifth bedroom has a single bed, family bathroom with a sauna, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also an open-plan kitchen/living room with a gas range oven and hob, integrated electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility has a washing machine and there is also a dining room, a sitting room and a snug. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and grounds which include a football field, gardens, an ornamental pond with fountains, a terrace with patio furniture and a covered area with a hot tub, barbecue, pizza oven and beer fridge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, this is a no smoking property. A shop and a pub are both within 1.1 miles. Note: There is a large pond in the grounds. The Colonnade offers guests a truly memorable holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
