Home Farm is a detached country house on the Llanerch Hall Estate. The bedrooms are made up of two lower-ground-floor king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a king-size with en-suite spa shower, two super-king-size, and a lower ground floor family room with four single beds. There is also a bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. Completing the living accommodation is an open-plan living space with a dining and sitting area, a dining room with a sitting area and a balcony, and a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include a Range cooker with electric ovens and 7-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, two TVs with Freeview, and WiFi. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is also a gym, a hot tub and a covered barbecue. Outside you will also find ample off-road parking. Home Farm is a superb holiday base all year round. Notes: No stag/hen, or similar. May not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Due to a mezzanine, open-tread staircases, pool and hot tub, children must be supervised at all times.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
