The Wren is a studio-style annexe resting on the outskirts of Llysfaen in Wales. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one king-size bed with a freestanding bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, ideal for two people. Concluding the interior is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. To the outside, there is off-road parking and outdoor storage, a balcony with seating and a patio area with a hot tub. The Wren is a superb getaway for you and your loved one to Wales. Although this property can no longer accept further pet bookings, please be aware that pet bookings up to April 2022 with a booking already in place by 30/7/21 are being honoured and so there may have been pets at the property until May 2022. Please bear this in mind if you are booking for any period up to May 2022.

Pub within 2 miles, shop within 0.7 miles. Note: Although all on one floor there are 8 steps up to the property. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
