Pengwern Farmhouse is a superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales. Hosting a king-size with an en-suite shower room, two doubles, a ground-floor double and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to ten guests. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a games area, a conservatory with a dining area, a sitting room with an electric fire, and an external utility. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is ample off road parking. Pengwern Farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with woodland walks available from the door.

Please note: The Hot Tub is not to be used after 10pm. Please note: A starter pack is included for the woodburning stove and further supplies can be purchased from the owner or from the nearest garage. Please note: There is an annex on this property which is used as a holiday let. Only one infant accepted at the property above the maximum occupancy. Hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night. Please note: This property can only accommodate bookings from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Note: this property accepts a maximum occupancy of 10 plus 1 infant. This property is on a working farm - Dogs must be kept on a lead around sheep

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
