Abbey Lodge has a kitchen/garden room, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a second sitting room with gas fire, along with three king-size bedrooms, and two twins, all with en-suites. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and wine chiller, and for entertainment, a selection of books and games, and two Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, and enclosed rear terraced garden with hot tub, 2 patios, furniture, outdoor kitchen with fridge, and, off-road parking for three cars and roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. Escape to Conwy's coastline at Abbey Lodge. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Note: The property can sleep a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children (in the futon bed).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
