Primrose Cottage is an attached barn conversion located in the village of Arclid in Cheshire. It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin bedroom, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking, an enclosed gravelled area with furniture and access to two acres of land with a pond, there is also access to a shared spa block with an indoor heated pool and a hot tub with furniture. Primrose Cottage is a delightful stay in a lovely location.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear enclosed garden with a gravelled area and furniture. Shared use of hot tub and indoor heated pool all year round. ( Pool open from 10am to 7pm daily) and multi gym ( available to over 16's only ) Well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Travel Cots, high chair and child's bed guard available on request. Note: Property can be decorated on request for special occasions, birthdays etc. Note 'A fogging machine is used at the property'

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
