Pale Farm is a detached cottage resting in Henbury near Macclesfield in Cheshire. Hosting five bedrooms; two king-size, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a ground-floor double, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is a kitchen, a dining room with an electric fire, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug, and a study. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawned area and access to the lake, and patio with furniture, a fire pit, a hot tub and dining seating, whilst ample off-road parking is available. Pale Farm is a traditional holiday home providing a fantastic base for a large family getaway.

Note: Take care, this property has lots of steps going up and down throughout the whole house and low beams. Note: Children must always be supervised around the lake. Note: Free fishing available at the onsite lake, guests to bring own equipment. Note: The property is situated away from the road, however some vehicle noise will be heard. Note: the AGA is only to be used in Winter months.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
