Outside is your own private enclosed garden featuring a hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking, The Pig Shed - Sty 2 is an excellent base for touring this lovely rural area of the West Midlands.

Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own towels for the hot tub. Enclosed garden with furniture and hot tub with direct access to owner's large gardens. Pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Off road for 2 cars, extra parking available for camper vans & trailers. Shop 5.8 miles and pub 1.5 miles. Note: No children under 12 please, except babes in arms due to the pond at the bottom of the garden. Please note : There is a Good Housekeeping Bond on this property for future bookings with effect 20th July 2020. No Stag/Hens or similar parties

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
