Wood fired hot tub with starter pack. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed multi-level garden with lawn, terrace and furniture, and a shared driveway parking with additional off-road parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen included in the price, towels are not provided please bring your own. Eden Vale is a snug base for a retreat to beautiful Cumbria. Note: There are steps up to the garden. This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
