About this property

All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king. 1 x double, 1 x bunk beds with double bed on the bottom and single on the top. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/Living/dining room.

Amenity Notes

Gas central heating. Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, TV also in master bedroom, selection of games. WiFi provided by White Cross Bay. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc (please bring own leisure towels). Off-road parking for two cars. Decking with outdoor furniture. Hot Tub - please note, to be used between 10am and 10pm only (There are 3 steps which lead down to the hot tub area). Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry, no smoking in lodge. One pet welcome. Shop and pub on-site. A barbecue slab is provided, please bring own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park, If you encounter any issues with the WiFi, please contact White Cross Bay reception. Access to the local leisure facilities is complimentary and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site. Note: For use of the onsite facilities, a complex pass is required, these can be purchased from reception.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
