Dexter consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with TV and a twin, both with their own en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside there is a private decking area with furniture, barbecue and hot tub, designated lawned area in formal grounds with furniture, and on-site parking is available. Within 6 miles or less, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.5 miles, the River Petteril and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional charges apply) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Carriage House is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Cumbria.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
