The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, woodburning stove and Bluetooth radio, and a shared, external utility with washer/dryer. There is also a double bedroom, and a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, Hot Tub and lakeside views, along with off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved dog by prior arrangement at a supplement. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kingfisher is a delightful base for a romantic break to the Warwickshire countryside. Note: The property is located on a working farm. Note: The parking space is accessed via a farm track. Note: This is an adult-only property and sorry, no stag/hen parties or similar. Note: The property does not have a TV. Note: Note: Guests will park up in the allocated area, before travelling on foot across the field, towards the lodge. Note: Extras available: bell tent if required (sleeps up to 2) and a hamper of local produce can be ordered. Note: Welcome pack provided. Note: There is a washer/dryer in the farmyard, with eco-friendly soap, washing up liquid and washing powder provided.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
