South Grange Cottage is a truly beautiful, newly renovated Grade II listed family farmhouse, positioned with ample land. This charming property holds an abundance of character and stunning original period features, including inglenook fireplaces, exposed brickwork and original beams. The property is arranged across two floors, the family area fills the ground floor, with sitting room and kitchen/dining room. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms and family bathroom. South Grange Cottage sits centrally within the grounds and is approached down a long drive and parking area. To the rear of the property is a vast patio area leading onto grass, with beautiful countryside views. Please note the patio area is shared with the Sibton Grange House. Note: The wood fired hot tub and sauna are available from 1st December 2023 (please note the sauna is shared with property 1120487).

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
