There is a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast area, woodburning stove, a dining room and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size, a double and a single bedroom, along with two bathrooms. Outside, there is a rear garden with furniture and hot tub, off-road parking for seven cars and private grounds with a lake. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub. Wood Cottage is a wonderful setting for an escape to Staffordshire. Please note, Fishing is allowed in the lake, but all fish must be returned.

Rear enclosed garden with lawned, area, decking, furniture and hot tub. Private grounds with lake, which has both a paved water level area, as well as a raised terraced area from which to fish. The lake is stocked with a variety of fish including carp - but please note all fish caught must be returned. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: One child is welcome.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
