All super-king beds are zip/link and may be twin on request but please note only two beds may be split for twins at any one time.

Lee House Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a heart warming part of Cheddleton in Staffordshire. Hosting eight bedrooms; a family room with en-suite, three doubles, a single with adult bunks and a twin along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to nineteen people. Inside you will also find two wet rooms, utility, open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room with wood burner. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub and an annexe. Lawned garden with furniture, table tennis table, hot tub with Bluetooth speakers . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The approach to the property passes through pastureland used by a local dairy farm and you may occasionally be required to wait while the cows are moved. Note: The property has level access inside and out with one small step into Ostler's Cottage for which a ramp is available. Please contact the owners if you have any specific requirements for accessibility. Note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties. Please Note - Due to Government legislation the price of this property has been reduced up until the 26th March 2021 to accommodate smaller groups in line with the Rule of 6 regulations, as such, only the beds required will be available to guests.
