The living areas in the single-storey, detached main house consist of a kitchen/diner with an AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating, TV, and a sitting room with dining seating, TV, DVD player and woodburning stove. The annexe's living areas consist of a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and snooker table. The bedrooms in the main house consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, two king-sizes and a double, along with a bathroom. The bedroom in the annexe is a king-size with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there are large grounds with a veranda, patio, lawn, hot tub, pizza oven, fishing, trampoline and furniture, along with parking. Within 1.3 miles you'll find a shop, and within 1.1, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for the fires, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement, but smoking is not. There is bike storage. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
