The living areas in the single-storey main house consist of a kitchen/diner with an AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, woodburning stove, dining for ten people overall, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a TV, along with a snug hosting an electric fire in the treehouse. There is a pool house with a shower room. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes, one of which hosts zip/linked beds; both feature en-suite shower rooms. There is a mezzanine double in the treehouse. Outside, the treehouse has a furnished balcony, and there is an enclosed rear garden with lawned area, gravelled area, patio, barbecue, hot tub and furniture, along with private parking for eight cars. Within 1.9 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.6, a pub. Please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed, but smoking is not accepted. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
