The Mill House is a quality cottage in a courtyard setting on a working arable farm in Alberbury. The cottage has five king-size doubles and two twins, each comprising an en-suite. There is also an additional shower room, an open plan living area with woodburner, extra sitting area with pool table, and first floor reading area. Outside is off road parking, a sauna, an enclosed patio with furniture, a lawn and private hot tub. The Mill House also has shared use of a games barn with pool table, TV, air hockey and outdoor children's play area, and is within easy reach of plenty of family days out. Private patio garden with furniture and BBQ, adjacent enclosed lawn and private 8-seater hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub with restaurant 1.3 miles. Note: There is total privacy around the hot tub, but it is situated close to neighboring properties. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
