Outside is off road parking, and an enclosed patio with furniture and private hot tub. The Cart House also has shared use of a games barn with pool table, TV, air hockey and outdoor children's play area, and is within easy reach of plenty of family days out.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Shared games barn (wheelchair accessible) with pool table, hand football, air hockey, toddler ball-pit, drinks machine and newspapers. Shared indoor play area for younger children with swing, seesaw and climbing frame. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, extra wood can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed landscaped courtyard garden with furniture, BBQ and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub with restaurant 1.3 miles. Note: Infants up to 1 year only. Note: There is total privacy around the hot tub, but it is situated close to neighbouring properties.Note:Free range chickens where you can collect your own eggs and small grocery shop with honesty box. Please note: bookings must start and end within a Friday to Friday.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
