Plas Yolyn is a luxurious and detached Grade II listed stately home, steeped in history and situated 4 miles from Ellesmere in Shropshire. It sleeps 14 people in seven bedrooms, all of which offer en-suite shower facilities and there are also three ground floor cloakrooms and a family bathroom with a free standing bath, a walk-in shower and a two person sauna. The bedrooms comprise of one ground floor double, a ground floor twin which can convert to a super king-size double, three king-size doubles, a further double and a twin. There is also a kitchen with an AGA and a breakfast table, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, an entrance hall with a seating area and a woodburner, a snug, a games room with table tennis and a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, 10 acres of gardens and grounds with lawns, woodland and lakes and a patio area with furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub, as well as a tennis court. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
