Lower Hodre is a Grade II listed, detached cottage near the Shropshire village of Bucknell. It offers five bedrooms including a family room sleeping three with an en-suite, a double, a twin with an en-suite and a further twin, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep nine. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory.

Oil central heating, 2 x wood burning stoves. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Newly refurbished hot tub in covered area, sun trap patio with furniture which is south facing for evening al fresco dining, enclosed lawn. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Please do make use of the dog beds provided in the utility room if your dog is wet and muddy. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Many different steps and low beams throughout property, please take care. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Note: Please have dogs on leads at all times. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
