About this property

Two ground floor bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double (zip/link, can twin on request) with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor kitchen with dining area and four steps up to mezzanine sitting room with sofa. Heated drying room.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 1 car with 3-pin electric charging point, plus further parking available in Bishop's Castle. External bike rack and cleaning area. Elevated decking with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 1.7 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Four internal steps down to en-suite double bedroom and four up to mezzanine sitting area and external steps to decking, care to be taken. Note: Property accessed via 0.1 miles along an unadopted sloping track; this track also provides access to owner's home. The track may be unsuitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. Note: Owner can offer a pick-up service from local train station for walkers and cyclists on request. Note: Guests can order a Sainsbury's or Tesco delivery to be delivered to the cottage prior to arrival, please contact the owner directly to inform him of this and for more information. Note. Please note that the Hot Tub may not be up to the recommended temperature on the first night of your stay due to a water change. Note - If there are sheep in the field surrounding The Barn, they have access to the parking area.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
