Rowan Lodge is a fantastic wooden lodge, resting close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour at a time per property - First half an hour is free, further bookings will have a fee attached. Note: This lodge is on one level with an instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Sofa bed in sitting room can sleep children and is not suitable for adults. Please Note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in at the property.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
