Hosting four bedrooms, including a zip/link super-king-size, double, single and a ground-floor single with underfloor heating, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom with underfloor heating, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, sitting room and a utility, all with underfloor heating. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a rear courtyard and an enclosed front lawn with furniture. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Rear courtyard is suitable for bike storage. Enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture.BBQ available for use. 2 well behaved dogs welcome - to be kept downstairs please. Dog leads and dog bowls provided. External water supply for cleaning bikes, dogs etc. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Note: There are steep steps leading down to the property and narrow stairs within the property that may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Sorry, no stag/hen parties or similar.From 4th February 2022 property will have 6 person hot tub, owner requests hot tub not to be used after 9pm in the evening

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
