The Fullerton, a traditional two-storey cottage consists of an open plan kitchen and living space with a bench-style dining table, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size room, and 2 X zip/link twin rooms which can be made into a super-king upon request, all of which serviced by an en-suite, and a highchair and travel cot can also be available upon request. There is a luxury spa room with sauna and steam treatments available. One well-behaved dog welcome, however this is a smoke-free property. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned area, gravelled area and patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub as well as off-road parking. You’ll find the closest shop within 2.4 miles, and a pub in 4.4 miles. Wifi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. The Fullerton is a wonderful escape equally for couples, families or friends alike to enjoy a rural, peaceful retreat. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
