Foundry House is a lovely double-fronted cottage nestled in the heart of Tweedmouth, part of Berwick-upon-Tweed, in Northumberland. Set over three floors, the property hosts four bedrooms: one ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), two first-floor king-size, and a second-floor king-size, together sleeping eight guests. There are two en-suite shower rooms, a family shower room and bathroom to support the bedrooms. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and an additional sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden and decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as roadside parking. Foundry House is an excellent choice for a seaside break to Northumberland.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking for one vehicle outside of the house, additional parking available around the corner on a first come, first serve basis. Enclosed lawned garden and decking area with hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Please note: The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between each set of guests, as a result it will not be available to use until the early morning of the day after arrival as it needs to get to temperature. Please note: Check in is 5pm

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
