Byre Cottage is a detached property housing an open-plan living space. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a Smart TV with DVD player. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside there is a patio with furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.8 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, pets and smoking are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Byre Cottage is a wonderful retreat to Northumberland, whatever time of year. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land. Note: The swimming pool is available; guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name. Each stay is allocated a number of slots, 7-night stay - 5 slots, 5-night stay - 3 slots, 3-night stay - 2 slots. Note: Check in 4pm, check out 9.30am.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
