West Skelder Farm is a semi-detached property resting on the outskirts of Whitby. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to six people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a utility. Outside, there is off-road parking for five cars and a rear garden with lawn area and a patio area with furniture. The hot tub is now electric and so will be ready for guest arrival. West Skelder Farm is an outstanding base for a family holiday to North Yorkshire. Please note that as per the pictures, this property is next to a cattle field which has livestock and there may be associated countryside noise. There is a cattle grid which should prevent dogs leaving any open area but please do supervise your dogs while in the property area.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
