Nestled among the Three Peaks in the scenic Yorkshire Dales National Park is this magnificent four-bedroom luxury retreat. Bedroom 3: Ground-floor super-king bedroom with an elegant en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 4: Two super-king bedrooms, each boasting en-suite facilities. Bedroom 1: A versatile family room featuring a super-king-size bed (can be converted into twins upon request) with sofa bed, and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Fully-equipped kitchen complete with air fryer, gas Range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, as well as the necessary culinary equipment. For added convenience, a washing machine and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining area with a woodburning stove.

This detached cottage consists of four bedrooms including a ground-floor super-king-size, two super-king-size and a family room with a super-king-size and a sofa bed, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, PS4 and games, Sonos Sound System, selection of books, games and DVDs, a pool table, and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture, barbecue and a fire pit. A travel cot, highchair and starter pack for the woodburning stove can be provided on request, but please note the starter pack is an additional fee of £10. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Superfast WiFi are included in the price. A shop can be found within 7.5 miles and a pub within 1,5 miles. Gunner Cottage is a superb retreat for a family break to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Note: The dining table can seat eight or nine with an additional fold-up chair or stool. Note: The ground floor is level are there are no internal steps other than the staircase leading to the first floor; there are no steps leading into the cottage.

Essential Information: Provisions Available: Fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove and fire pit are available at a nominal fee of £10 per bag. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental package. To maintain the pristine surroundings, the property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free. Fake tan is not permitted to be used in the hot tub, the good housekeeping bond will be retained if used to reimburse for the cost of draining, cleaning refilling. This property has a £500.00 Good Housekeeping Bond. EV charging is not permitted at this property. Nearby Attractions: The property is conveniently located, with a shop just 7 miles away and a pub a mere 1.5 miles from your doorstep - serving food and drinks. Steam trains pass by on the Ribblead viaduct, and you’ll be just 1 mile from the local railway station, Ribblehead Railway - ensuring accessibility to amenities and local attractions. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check-in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
