There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is also a cloakroom and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size and single bedroom, along with a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture, a hot tub and parking at the close-by pub. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles there is a pub and within 1.2 miles, a shop. April Cottage is a lovely base for exploring the coast and country. please note, there are steps in the rear garden so please take care.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
