Oak Cottage, a single-storey home, consists of an open-plan living area including a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV, a DVD player, a collection of DVDs and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and a double bed with both having TVs and DVD players. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Outside, there is a enclosed rear patio garden with furniture and a hot tub, plus designated off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Relax and rejuvenate at Oak Cottage. Note: Guests have access to the private fishing area, as well as access to any of the four lakes.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
