Tranquil Waters Cabin is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with two ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine chiller, kettle, toaster, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, along with a double with TV and en-suite shower room, serviced by a cloakroom. Outside, there is a semi-enclosed, rear decking with furniture and hot tub, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn area, and designated, off-road parking for four cars. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 2.3 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Tranquil Waters Cabin is a stunning base for a lakeside retreat in Lincolnshire.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
