Plot 18 is a modern, detached lodge just outside the village of Thorpe-on-the-Hill near to the city of Lincoln in Lincolnshire. To lodge can sleep six people in three twin bedrooms (zip/link, can be king-size doubles on request) One with ensuite facilities as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the lodge is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside of the lodge is off road parking for three cars and a deck area surrounding the lodge with garden furniture and a hot tub. A fantastic lodge, Plot 18 can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Xbox, WiFi is available but due to location it is intermittent Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Decked terrace to front, rear and side with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Note: Wheelchair accessible. Note: Note: There will be building work ongoing next to the lodge until the end of May between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
