The open-plan living area consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a sitting area with TV and DVD player and a dining area. The bedrooms consist of a family room with double and bunk, a double room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a large enclosed decking with furniture and hot tub as well as off-road parking for two cars. On-site there are plenty of facilities, including fishing, jet skiing, indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and bar - park passes are available for purchase on site. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles there is a pub. Note: Fishing is not permitted on the lake, jet skiiing only. Note: Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
