Love Lane Villa consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining room with seating for 6 people, a sitting room with a Smart TV, and a snug with a TV and selection of books. The bedrooms consist of king-size, a 4'6 double and a twin bed. Outside, there is a enclosed, rear, decked garden with furniture, hot tub, and roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. High chair and travel cot available on request. Pets are allowed. Love Lane Villa is a pleasant retreat for an escape to Lincolnshire. Note: Property is on a slight hill.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
