The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freeze, washer/dryer, dining table, a selection of games, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite, a twin, and a main bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around veranda with decking, furniture, and a hot tub, and designated parking for two cars. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, a pub in 0.1 miles, and Pine Lake in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waterside Lodge is well-positioned to explore Lancashire and the Lake District National Park. Note: There are on-site facilities within walking distance, including a communal indoor swimming pool. Note: There are steps up to the property, and into the hot tub.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
