Bailey Cottage is a quality terraced holiday home set on the edge of the Lancashire village of Ribchester. This cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, all with en-suite walk-in showers, consisting of two super king-size doubles, a twin and a single. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. Bailey Cottage is a wonderful base with plenty to see and do in the area.

Underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, smartphone dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Open fire, Fuel power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and robes inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars next to property, with further parking in overflow car park on-site. Lawned garden enclosed with patio, hot tub (on request) and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 7 mins walk. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note - If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, please notify the owner at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
