The Rowan Yurt is a wonderful romantic retreat situated on the edge of the village of Hepworth, and two miles from Holmfirth. This single-storey yurt sleeps two people and is open plan with a king-size double bed, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, along with a separate kitchen and shower room, accessed via an internal door. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a decked area with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ, and the shared use of the owner's swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The Rowan Yurt is an excellent place to stay.

Gas underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Combination microwave/oven, 2-ring gas hob, fridge, shared use of on-site washing machine and tumble dryer, iPod dock, CD/radio, WiFi available in farm shop. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked area with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Use of owner's indoor swimming pool, sauna & steam room by arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: No TV, WiFi only available in farm shop. Note: Yurt accessed via a gravel woodland track, suitable for cars. Note: The swimming pool is 12.5m x 6.5m and up to 1.45m deep. It is open from 9am - 9:30pm each day, and the owner guarantees guests a 60 minute slot each day by prior arrangement, which during peak times may be shared with one other cottage. Note: No children, including infants. Note: Kitchen and shower room attached to yurt and accessed via internal door. Note: Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 10.30am. This property doesn't take 7 night bookings

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
